River Hills Lions present golden opportunity
Group takes new swing at annual golf tourney and business expo
LAKE WYLIE --
The River Hills Lions Club will host its annual Golf Tournament and Business Expo on May 7 at River Hills Country Club.
Several new attractions and new sponsorship opportunities will be included this year along with the business expo, which returns after a succesful debut a year ago.
Participants and community members not playing also will have the opportunity to win $5,000 in a helicopter ball drop-and-putt contest.
“Reinventing yourself in this economic climate is what replaces a negative proposition with a positive one,” said event co-chairman Lee Kehler.
Foursomes and sponsorships are still available. Golfers are urged to sign up early.
