Mr. and Mrs. Mike and Betty Blankenship of Lake Wylie celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 27 with a reception hosted by family and friends Aug. 29 at the Red Fez Shrine Club in Steele Creek on Lake Wylie.
The Blankenships have two daughters, Katherine Kaylor (husband Bob) and Deborah Blankenship. They have two grandsons, Tanner and Dusty Kaylor.
The Blankenships are members of Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church.
