Local product chosen for Walmart contest

The Grill Blaster BBQ Grill Cleaning System, created by Lee Kehler of Lake Wylie and his son Chris, has been chosen to compete in a Walmart type “American Idol” contest called “Get on the Shelf.”
The product - that takes the scrubbing out of cleaning the grill - will compete with others for instant shelf space at Walmart stores.
“Needless to say this would be a huge step forward for our unique product,” Lee Kehler said.
