Two teams tied for first but the big fish caught the win at the July 26 Thursday Night Tournament Trail on Lake Wylie.
“We had another good turn out Thursday night but the weights are still off,” said event co-organizer Erwin Gaston of the 37 teams fishing that night.
Teams Conrad Pogorzelski and Billy Wolf, and Phillip Burke and Bobby Rice tied for first with 10.48 pounds. But Pogorzelski and Wolf had the tie-breaking big fish of the night at 4.66 pounds that gave them the win.
Third place went to Gene Webster with Gene 10.37 pounds.
