Police: York parents found passed out in car with baby in back seat

Two parents took Xanax and passed out in their car with their baby in the back seat, according to officials with the York County Sheriff's Office.
Dane Anthony Thune, 27, and Samantha Michelle Gay, 24, both of York, were arrested and charged with child neglect and public disorderly conduct, according to Trent Faris, spokesman for the sheriff’s office.
They were found passed out with the driver’s side door open. The car was on the side of the road near the intersection of S.C. 557 and Bethel Church Road, Faris said.
They were booked Friday morning at the Moss Justice Center. A bond has not been set.
