York Co. leaders to hold workshop on animal laws
York County Council will meet tonight in Rock Hill in a workshop to make changes to the county’s animal laws.
The workshop will take place as part of the council’s public works committee meeting at 6 p.m. at the county’s Rock Hill offices located at 1070 Heckle Blvd. Rock Hill.
The meeting will be held in the large conference room and is open to the public.
