Mr. and Mrs. John and Ashley Cole of York are the parents of Kynslee Rae Cole born at 9:33 a.m. Oct. 23, 2012, at Piedmont Medical Center, Rock Hill.
She weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.
Maternal grandparent is Betty Jo Rhinehart Campbell of York. Maternal great-grandparents are Nancy Rhinehart of York and the late Charles Rhinehart.
Paternal grandparents are John and Kim Cole of Rock Hill. Paternal great-grandparents are Ronal Cole of Georgia and the late DeAnna Cole.

• Richard and Brandi Faile of York are the parents of a son, Pheren Joseph Faile, born Oct. 22. Mrs. Faile is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Dunnavant of Clover. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Alan and Arlene Faile of York.
• Alvaro and Lucia Melendez of Clover are the parents of a son, Jacob Alexander Melendez, born Oct. 26.
• Clint and Meg NeSmith of Clover are the parents of a daughter, Victoria Colette NeSmith, born Oct. 26. Mrs. NeSmith is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin and Libby Reese of Clover. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Meeky and Julie Howell of Clover.
• Ashley Polk is the parent of a daughter, Khloie Jazmine Tiller, born Oct. 30. Polk is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Polk and Kimberly Jackson of Clover.
• Timothy Carpenter and Kimberly Bagwell of Rock Hill are the parents of a daughter, Timberly Nichole Carpenter, born on Nov. 6, 2012. Kimberly Bagwell is the daughter of Ronald and Cathy of Rock Hill. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Tim and Judy Carpenter of Clover.
