Man accused of exposing himself at York Tech
ROCK HILL --
A Rock Hill man was arrested Monday after police say he exposed himself to a woman at York Technical College and then began performing sexual acts on himself.
Matthew Jacob Williams, 21, of 740 South York Ave., is charged with indecent exposure, according to a Rock Hill police report. He was held Tuesday morning at the Rock Hill jail on a $1,500 bond.
A Clover woman called police, claiming that Williams was sitting in a minivan exposing himself. When officers arrived, they asked Williams if he had exposed himself to anyone in the parking lot. He said no, suggesting that he walked back to the car from the bathroom with his zipper down. He said his private parts “might” have been showing, the report states.
Police continued to investigate and determined that Williams did exposed himself and began performing sexual acts on himself when the woman looked over at him, the report states. The woman had been sitting in her car one parking space over from Williams.
