12 charged June 22 during York County DUI blitz

— A DUI enforcement blitz ended with 12 Driving Under the Influences cases made by the Highway Patrol in York County on June 22.

The Highway Patrol will continue to focus on DUI violations in an effort to reduce traffic fatalities in South Carolina.

With the upcoming Fourth of July holiday, we ask everyone to focus on their driving, said Lt. Cpl. Billy elder from the community relations office in Rock Hill. "Stay alert, drive sober, buckle up, slow down and watch for pedestrians."
