Small Business fair Sept. 21 in Clover

Fred Caldwell Chevrolet will host the first Fred Caldwell Small Business Vendor Fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, at 974 Bethel St.

Businesses include Tino’s Window Tinting, All Things New, Parker’s Body Shop, Nobel Wheel Repair and Performance Dent Solutions.

There will be food and live music, and police officers will show parents how to properly install child safety seats.

Tailgate auction set for Saturday

The Market at Inman Farms will host tailgate auctions at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, and Oct. 19.

The auctions will be offered with Spaulding’s Auction Service. Spots can be reserved for $10. Items will be sold to the highest bidders.

Wellness center offers free weight workshop

Infinite Wellness Center, 1698 S.C. 160 W., suite 200, is hosting a free workshop called Eating Your “Weigh” To a Healthier Weight 6:30-7:30 p.m. Sept. 24.

Richard Schaffer Jr., MD., will explain principles to sustainable weight loss.

Local Mary Kay consultant Heather Catts is asking the community to help protect our troops through Operation Sunscreen.

Mary Kay has teamed up with Soldiers’ Angels, a nonprofit organization that sends care packages to the troops, to supply soldiers with suncare products.
